Overview

Jakhya, also known as Cleome viscosa, is a versatile plant that has been cultivated in Uttarakhand and the Terai regions of India and Nepal for centuries. This annual herb is prized for its tender seeds, which are used to add flavor and aroma to various culinary dishes. Growing Conditions

Jakhya thrives in warm climates with plenty of sunlight and well-draining soil.
